Hygiene and Returns
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to process returns for used items. However, we carefully examine all returned products to ensure they are in a pristine state before accepting them. We intend to prevent the reintroduction of previously used merchandise into our inventory for resale purposes. To achieve this, we mandate that items must be in an unopened, unused, or unworn condition, with their original packaging or tags still intact.
Procedure for warranty claims:

Returning and Reimbursements

A processing fee of 15% will be subtracted from the total amount of your order, as per our policy to account for potential charges incurred by our payment processor even in the event of transaction cancellation.
Once the 24-hour time frame has elapsed, our manufacturing facility will commence the production of your doll. If you still wish to cancel your order, a Seller’s restocking fee (“Restocking Fee”) equivalent to 50% of the Product order value will be applicable. XNDoll will proceed to refund the Buyer’s original payment method, deducting the Restocking Fee and any additional fees that may apply, including design, mold material, processing, makeup, and transaction fees.
Once the order has been dispatched, it is not feasible to cancel the shipment.
Please take note that once an order for “Ready To Ship” Dolls is placed, they will be shipped out without delay, and it may take a certain amount of time for the tracking number to become available. Therefore, please be aware that these orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as the cancelation policy does not apply to the specific category of “Ready to Ship” Dolls mentioned here.
