Payment Procedures
If a credit card payment is unsuccessful, it is essential to follow these required procedures to resolve any concerns related to payment options. Our objective is to guarantee maximum convenience and simplicity for your transactions with our company. Currently, we possess the capability to accommodate the following forms of payment:
Payment Gateways
At present, there are two available options for payment gateways that cater to credit and debit card transactions. The first gateway, known as Credit/Debit Card 1, accepts a wide range of cards including Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. On the other hand, the Credit/Debit Card 2 gateway is specifically designed for Visa, Master, and UnionPay cards. Additionally, it is important to note that Credit/Debit Card 2 Gateway has obtained the prestigious accreditation of being a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, demonstrating the highest level of compliance within the industry.
PayPal Options
PayPal provides its users with a variety of payment alternatives, including the option to use their PayPal balance, connect a bank account, make payments through PayPal Credit, utilize debit or credit cards (refer below for guidelines on card payments without a PayPal account), and leverage rewards balance. Most of our products belong to the high-value range, demonstrating an average order value surpassing $800. Some financial institutions may employ risk evaluation systems to deter online transactions of such considerable monetary value. If your payment is declined, you can choose to return to the top of the checkout page to review the error message and contact your bank for permission to try again. Alternatively, you can select a different payment method. You can be confident that our online chat or email support is readily available to assist you. Furthermore, provided below are several rejection messages that are frequently encountered and their corresponding resolutions.
Declined Transactions
If the card-issuing bank has declined the transaction and labeled it as “Do Not Honour,” it is advised that you initiate contact with your bank (usually, they will reach out to you first) to verify the transaction and resubmit payment if necessary.
High-Risk Transactions
If a transaction is flagged as high risk or potentially fraudulent, it will result in the payment gateway declining the transaction. In such instances, it is necessary to submit photographic evidence by sending images of the front and back of either your credit card or ID card to [email protected]. To ensure security, it is recommended to cover the middle number of your card with your finger while taking the pictures. However, please make sure that the first 4 digits and the last 6 digits of the card number are visible. This documentation will then be forwarded to our payment gateway for authentication purposes to verify that you are indeed the legitimate cardholder. Once this verification process is completed, your payment status will be updated to “successful” within a timeframe of 24 hours.
Duplicate Notifications
If you receive a duplicate notification, it signifies that you have successfully made another purchase within 24 hours. To avoid excessive charges, the payment gateway has rejected this payment. If you would like to proceed with this transaction, kindly contact us at [email protected], and we will coordinate with our bank to reprocess it.
Expired, Insufficient Funds, or Exceeded Credit Limit
If a card has expired, lacks sufficient funds, or exceeds the credit limit, it becomes essential to utilize a new card for making payments.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is stolen or misplaced, the issuing bank will designate it as a lost card, necessitating the use of a new card for future payments.
Insufficient Transaction
Currently, our primary credit card payment gateway allows for the acceptance of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. On the other hand, our secondary credit card payment gateway solely caters to Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay. Should you attempt to make a payment with cards intended exclusively for fuel purchases or any other unsupported card, an invalid transaction will occur? You must utilize a supported card to complete your payment.
Authorization Issues
The payment was not authorized because either the CVV2 code was incorrect or the card number provided was invalid. The billing information provided was also incorrect. Please double-check the billing details and try to make the payment again.
Multiple Unsuccessful Attempts
If your payment has been unsuccessful on three or more occasions within a 24-hour timeframe, it suggests that our payment gateway has declined the transaction. To rectify this situation, you can choose to make another attempt at payment using an alternate card or ensure that your billing details are verified and accurate before trying again after a lapse of 24 hours.
Initiating Credit Card Payments via PayPal in the Absence of a PayPal Account
To begin, after choosing PayPal or PayPal Credit as your preferred payment method, you will be seamlessly redirected to a specialized page on PayPal’s website. On this page, you will have the option to proceed with your payment using either a Credit or Debit card. It should be emphasized that no further information needs to be provided beyond this stage.
Next, after entering your billing information, you will encounter two payment options: either establishing a PayPal account or proceeding as a guest without the requirement of having a PayPal account.
We trust that the aforementioned information proves valuable to you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the payment procedure, please don’t hesitate to contact our online customer service for support. In addition, you have the option to reach out to us by completing the online form, and we will do everything possible to aid you in addressing the matter.
