Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Available for US/EU/UK customers only): Your order will be shipped directly from our factory once the doll is ready. In the US, it will be transported by an Ocean Container Ship to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles. After customs clearance, FedEx will handle the final delivery to your address. This process typically takes around 4 weeks. In the EU, we use SINO-EU Freight Train or SINO-EU Freight Truck for transportation, and delivery usually takes about 4-5 weeks. Please note that tracking updates may not be immediate as they depend on the arrival of the freight truck at your local courier station. For UK customers (currently unavailable), shipping takes 5-6 weeks due to recent delays caused by damaged container cranes at the Sino-Euro truck crossing.
Free Shipping to the US: Your package will follow the same process as standard shipping, starting with an Ocean Container Ship journey from our Hong Kong factory to our partner warehouse in Los Angeles. After customs clearance, FedEx will deliver your package to you. The estimated delivery time is around 4 weeks.
Shipping to EU: A shipping fee of $100-$150 (including VAT) applies, depending on the weight of your doll selection. Delivery usually takes about 4-5 weeks after your doll is finished, and there are no additional VAT charges. Please keep in mind that tracking status updates may be delayed until the SINO-EU freight truck reaches your local courier station.
Shipping to UK (not available currently): A shipping fee of $100-$150 (including VAT) applies, depending on the weight of your doll selection. You can expect delivery within 5-6 weeks after your doll is finished, without any extra VAT charges. However, please note that recent delays caused by damaged container cranes have affected UK orders. Delivery times may be extended by an additional 3 months, making the total delivery time 5-7 months. Tracking status updates may also be delayed until the SINO-EU freight truck arrives at your local courier station.
Shipping to Other Countries: Standard shipping is currently not available for other countries. However, you can choose expedited shipping, which is available for most countries and takes approximately 3-7 business days. The cost of expedited shipping ranges from $350 to $500 per doll, depending on weight. UPS, FedEx, or DHL will handle the shipping process.
Oftentimes: The tracking status in 17track may show as expired simply because the delivery time is more than 60 days. Other than that, there is no significance. Therefore, there is no need to worry about your payment and products as they will eventually arrive at the address you specify. Once the dolls are finished, we will post the finished dolls in the “Factory Videos and Photos Forum” section, if you can’t find these photos, please contact us. If all goes well, we will ship the doll within 24 hours with a second confirmation email containing the tracking number. In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays in the production of your doll, in which case we will notify you via email. Please note that production and shipping times are expected to be longer than usual during the Chinese New Year holiday (two weeks, January 15-30), International Labor Day (five days, May 1-5), and China National Day (seven days, October 1-7).
