• For US customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our LA/Miami warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 business days after your order is placed. For premium US stock sex dolls, we offer pick-up service to our US customers, and they are stored in our LA warehouse, and a driver’s license is needed for an identity check.
• For EU customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Poland / Germany warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 business days After the dolls are finished, we will post the finished ?Factory Photos to the forum, if you can’t find them please ?contact us to get them. ?

Custom Sex Dolls

• Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
• Production Time: This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom-made sex dolls: 3-7 business days. Once we finished the doll, we will send over the photo of the finished doll for you to modify. And then we will ship it out ?
  • Note: For the order placed in Chinese Holiday, the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual: Chinese New Year (2 weeks longer, from Jan 15 – 30), International Labor Day (5 days longer, from May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days longer, from October 1-7)

    Only available for US/EU/UK customers: Ship from our factory directly after the doll is finished, shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), SINO-EU Freight Train (EU), or SINO-EU Freight Truck (EU), which is cost-effective. This is one factor why we are cheaper than other $1000+ retailers.
    to US:
    Free Shipping. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, after your package is released by US Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by FedEx and sent to your address. Recently it takes 4 weeks around to deliver.
    to EU:
    Shipping Fee is $100-$150 & VAT is included, depending on the weight of the doll you choose. It will take 5-7 weeks around to deliver after your doll was finished. No need to pay extra VAT.
    Notice – The tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 4 weeks, no worry, its fine.
    to UK (not available now):
    Shipping Fee is $100-$150 & VAT is included, depending on the weight of the doll you choose Normally It will take 6-7 weeks around for delivery after your doll was finished. No need to pay extra VAT.
    Notice – Since September, a container crane at the Sino-Euro truck crossing has been damaged for more than a month, causing a large number of UK orders to be queued and delayed. Our express partner has transferred all UK parcels shipped out in September to another Customs clearance port at the end of October. For these orders, we are sorry to let you know that the delivery time to the UK may be delayed by 3 months, taking 5-7 months total.
    *Sometimes, the tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not updated in the first several months, no worry, it’s fine. 
    to Other Countries:
    Standard Shipping is Not Available currently. You could choose expedited shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping
    Available for most countries, take 3 – 7 business days mostly, cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL.
    For some countries, like Canada, Australia, and New Zealand you will need to pay import duty, duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save duty after placed your order.
    For countries in Europe as well as the UK, you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save money after placed your order.
• Note
  • Sometimes, the tracking status in 17track will show as expired, just because the delivery time exceeds 60 days. Other than that, there is no other meaning. So don’t worry about your payment and products, they will arrive at your address later.
  • Once your doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
  • For the order placed in Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 – 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than ususal.
